- To enable Email and Contacts import: Sign in to the Google Apps administrator control panel. The URL is https://www.google.com/a/cpanel/primary-domain-name.com, where primary-domain-name.com is the domain name you used to sign up for Google Apps.
- Click the Settings tab and then click Email in the left column.
- In the General tab, scroll to the User email uploads section.
- Check the the box labeled Allow users to import mail from Yahoo!, Hotmail, AOL, or other webmail or POP3 accounts.
