Two months ago Google launched Instant search which generates new search results each time you add a letter to the search box. Today, Google launched Google Instant Previews. Instant Preview provides a snapshot screen image of each website in your search results without having to open each link. To see the previews simply place your cursor over the magnifying glass icon next to any link in your search results. Watch the video below to see Instant Previews in action.
Applications for Education Instant Previews could prove to be useful in helping students spend less time clicking on links to irrelevant websites when conducting online research.
